Meet the Team

Borehamwood Physio is run by Physiotherapist Katy Neale. She has over 20 years of clinical experience, graduating with a BSc(hons) in Physiotherapy and completing a Clinical Masters. She is qualified in Musculoskeletal acupuncture and an APPI Clinical Pilates instructor.

 

Katy has a passion for health and well-being and focus on recovery and future prevention is key to all her treatments. Away from work you may find her skiing, surfing, swimming or reading. Katy also has a passion for nature and along-side her Physio clinic, she runs Embodied Evolution. Here you will find the more holistic side to her work with wild nature walks which introduce you to wild food and plant medicines and also her group Pilates classes.
