Our initial one hour assessment gives us plenty of time to design a personalised treatment plan. Combining manual therapy and bespoke exercise prescription helps to speed recovery and reduce the chance of any recurrence of the problem in the future.

Katy is a warm and friendly instructor who also gives you the individual attention you may need even though you are in a class. If you are unable to perform a certain move in class she will come up with an alternative that suits you better.
